Joyful Screen Time is prepared by a certified Parent and Child Counselor. We do not believe in banning screens or in scare stories. We believe in calm routines, clear limits and honest conversations, so children grow up able to use technology well.

What do I get, and in what format?

PDF files you download right after payment. Read them on your phone or print them at home on Letter or A4 paper. The scripts also come as phone wallpapers.

Which kit should I choose?

Choose by your child's age: the Family Screen Reset for ages 5 to 12, the Teen Screen Reset for ages 13 to 18. With children in both groups, the two-kit bundle covers everyone.

Are the safety settings up to date?

Yes. Every setting was checked in October 2026, including the new iPhone names in iOS 27. When apps change their menus, we update the kits.
