These terms apply when you use joyfulscreentime.com or buy one of our kits. Joyful Screen Time is a brand operated by Universe of Wishes ("we", "us"). By using the website or buying a kit, you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell digital parenting guides for families, delivered as PDF files that you download. Nothing physical is shipped. Each kit page lists exactly which files are included.

3. Buying a kit

• You must be 18 or older to buy a kit.
• Prices are shown on each kit page and at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. How you may use the kits

When you buy a kit, you get a personal license to use it with your own family. You may:

• Download the files and keep them on your own devices.
• Print as many copies as your household needs.

You may not:

• Share, send, or upload the files for other people to use.
• Resell the kits or any part of them.
• Use the kits in a paid class, workshop, or program without our written permission.

5. General guidance, not professional advice

Everything on this website and in our kits is general guidance for families. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. If you are worried about your child's safety, health, or well-being, please speak to a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

6. Refunds

If a kit is not right for your family, you can ask for a full refund within of purchase. Our Refund and cancellation policy explains how.

All text, designs, illustrations, and files on this website and in our kits belong to Joyful Screen Time and are protected by copyright. Please do not copy them except as allowed in section 4.

Our Resources page links to websites run by other organizations. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.

9. Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep our kits accurate and up to date, but apps and device settings change often. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms that applied when you bought a kit continue to apply to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
