• When you buy a kit: your name, email address, country, and order details. Payments are handled by . We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• When you ask for a free guide: your first name, email address, and your child's age group. We do not ask for your child's name.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
• When you visit the website: basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, which helps us keep the site secure and working well.

3. Why we use it

• To deliver the kits you buy and help you if something goes wrong.
• To process refunds.
• To send the free guide and our weekly email tip, if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the records that tax and accounting laws require.

4. Who we share it with
